Joe McCoy is best known as the program director responsible for WCBS-FM's success as an oldies station in the 80s and 90s. But his career in New York radio started as an on-air personality on Drake-formatted WOR-FM. It's the Big Town Sound of September 1970 on Boss Radio 66.
