Aircheck Of The Week
This is a very condensed (but unscoped) look at a full broadcast day for New York's legendary WNEW-FM in 1971. The lineup included Pete Fornatale, Jonathan Schwartz, Scott Muni, Rosko, and Alison Steele. Originally a scoped sales demo, I've restored all of the music in glorious Metromedia Stereo. If you were listening to FM album rock in the early 70s, this is as good as it gets.

Jeezus Fuck, It's Christmas!!! (re-upload)
This is a re-upload from the old Ichiban page. The links were dead...
Super giant thanks to Kristian Hoffman for sharing this on his Facebook Page. It's a picture of a tape Lux made with some amazing Christmas Music. A song or two from the Black Christmas tape, but much more swell tunes to sink your teeth in to. Even an atheist would love it... Kristian said it was ok to share, so it here it is! Jeezus fuck, indeed!
(note, this isn't a copy of the "actual" tape, just a compilation of MP3's sourced elsewhere and sequenced like the tape)

This may be the rarest of all WNEW-FM airchecks. On a Sunday night in October, 1968, I recorded Bob & Ray's Music Factory on 102.7. Comedians Bob & Ray hosted a weekly show that blended their comedy with obscure Rock and Folk-Rock music that was obviously not chosen by Bob & Ray.
