THE FIRST DRIVE-IN

A tidy little history of drive-in theaters, commemorating the anniversary of the first drive-in's inauguration in 1933,  has appeared as a blog post by Ameoba Records. The Fool's Paradise Faithful will note that the premiere drive-in opened in New Jersey! The piece concludes with a list of surviving drive-ins in Southern California.
